IFB 26-016 988 NYS Promo Items

OMH’s Central Office is looking to enter into a Purchase Authorization (PA) contract with a qualified Vendor to allow our personnel to purchase items on an as-needed basis from the awarded vendor up to the awarded amount. All items must be able to be customizable to print “NYS 988 Promo”. Vendors must bid on all of the items listed below to be eligible for an award. The detail of this project is outlined in IFB 26-016.   Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by Friday, August 21, 2026, 3:00 PM ET. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.   Bids are due no later than Thursday, September 10, 2026, 3:00 PM ET.  No late bids will be accepted.   Please submit all bids to Bids@omh.ny.gov Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated, sole point of contact listed below should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period begins with the publication of the ad in the New York State Contract Reporter and will end with the approval by the New York State Office of the State Comptroller of this contractual agreement.
