National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344, and clearly marked on the outside as "PARK LAYNE ELEMENTARY CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., local time, on September 11, 2026, after which they will be opened and publicly read.All bids must include a Bid Guaranty as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. Bidders are not permitted to withdraw their bids within 60 days following the opening. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
