Bulk Sale of Lots and Lands

The Camden County Collector, Teresa Murray, is announcing a bulk sale of 13 groups of lots and lands to settle delinquent taxes, interest, and charges. This bulk sale will take place by sealed bid, starting after the annual Camden County tax sale on August 24, 2026, at 10:00 am. Bids must be submitted to the Camden County Clerk's Office by September 30, 2026, at 3:00 pm. Bids not submitted in the correct format will be disregarded, and no corrections will be allowed after the deadline. The opening of bids will occur on October 6, 2026, during the 10:00 am Commissioner Meeting. Successful bidders will be notified within one business day of the bid opening and will need to pay the full amount to the Collector, who will then prepare the necessary deeds and paperwork for the successful bidder. The parcels are being sold in bulk to address significant delinquency, but each parcel will be treated individually in the tax records. A list of parcels and their minimum acceptable bids can be found on the Collector's website or at the Collector's Office in Camdenton, MO. Bidders must register at the Collector's office or online, be Missouri residents, and provide proof of residency. Additional requirements apply for non-residents and entities. The sale is conducted on an 'as-is' basis, with no guarantees on title or encumbrances.
