Disposal Of Leaves

The Township of Freehold is inviting sealed bids for the disposal of leaves. Bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent at the Municipal Building located at 1 Municipal Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. local prevailing time. At this time, the bids will be opened and read publicly. Specifications and further bid information can be obtained at the office of the Freehold Township Purchasing Agent during regular business hours, which are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Interested bidders can also contact the Purchasing Agent via email at Adigiovanni@twp.freehold.nj.us for additional details. Bidders must comply with several requirements including P.L. 1975, c. 127 (Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity), New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and Pay-to-Play Contracting Laws. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law.
