Selective Demolition for Heritage Hall

The Haywood Heritage Foundation is seeking separate sealed bids for the selective demolition of Heritage Hall. Bids will be accepted at the Haywood Heritage Foundation office located at 17 S. Lafayette, Brownsville, TN 38012 until 10:00 AM CST on September 3, 2026. After this time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Heritage Hall, located at 127 N. Lafayette. Bidders are required to submit security with their bids, and all necessary documents including Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond can be examined by emailing csmith@swtdd.org. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
