Trees For Beautification

The City of Longview is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide and safely deliver various types of tree species listed within the bid document. The City of Longview is in receipt of a reimbursable grant from Texas A&M Forest Service for various species of trees. The City estimates ordering 500 trees per month and will give vendors a 30 day lead time. Subcontracting IS allowed. NOTE: Due to the large amount of species, the City understands that not all trees can be priced. Vendors should price the species and associated sizes for the species they can provide. No warranty of trees is required. An optional, virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
