The Town of Flower Mound is accepting sealed bids for the following item(s) at the herein stated location until the due date and time stated below: RFB No: 2026-63-B – Trotter Park Improvements Questions Deadline: 9/15/2026 at 12:00pm (CT) Due Date and Time: 9/22/2026 at 11:00am (CT) The Town will not release an Engineer’s Estimate All questions must be submitted in writing (no exceptions) to purchasing@flowermound.gov Questions will not be answered over the phone by the Engineer and/or Engineering Design Firm. Location to Submit Responses: Town of Flower Mound, Attn: Sabrina Zadow, Purchasing Manager, 2121 Cross Timbers Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028 Hard copy set of plans and specs may be obtained at the herein stated submittal location for a fee of $95.00 per set. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of sports courts, spectator areas, pavilions and shaded seating, regional scale playground, looped walking trail, restroom facility, parking, and associated amenities detailed in the construction plans and specifications. The Trotter Park Improvements project is located at 4551 Cross Timbers Road.
