CSPs are due on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m, localtime. Late responses will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 10:00a.m. in the West Annex Building, 451 N. Velasco Street, Suite 249.
