Howell Co., LLC is actively seeking bids from NYC/NYS M/WBE certified firms for NYC H +H Woodhull Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units.  Project consists of renovation/refresh of the 9th & 10th floors and associated building system upgrades within the main hospital building.   Work includes, but is not limited to: Selective Demo, Concrete, Masonry, Structural & Misc. Steel, Millwork, Roofing, Spray-on Fireproofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Aluminum/Glass Entrances and Storefronts, Drywall & Carpentry, Ceramic Tile, Resilient Flooring, Wall Paneling, Wall Coverings, Painting, Signage, Toilet Accessories, Specialties, Equipment's, Furnishings, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC and Electric/Low Voltage.
