2026 Downtown Streetscape Refresh Phase 3

The Village of Plainfield is seeking bids for the 2026 Downtown Streetscape Refresh Phase 3 project. This project involves replacing existing decorative HID luminaires with new decorative LED luminaires. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com via their VirtuBidTM online service. Bidders may withdraw their bids prior to the opening, but no bid may be withdrawn after the opening without the Village's consent for a period of sixty days.
