Rancho Vista Blvd ADA Improvements and Sidewalk Gap Closure

The Project for sidewalk repair and ADA improvements includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the Engineer and/or his designee. The work may consist of but is not limited to; coordination and permitting, public notification, traffic control implementation and maintenance per the MUTCD, spatial inventory of utility infrastructure at the surface, survey, clear and grub, unclassified excavation, concrete demolition, PCC Curb and Gutter, PCC ADA Curb Ramps, PCC Sidewalk, Detached Retaining Wall, and adjustment of utility infrastructure. The work shall be completed in 35 Working Days.
