Re-Roof Three Cabins At S-3: 402, 414 & 415 At Harriman State Park, Group Camps.

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for… Re-roof three cabins in Harriman State Park- S-3 Camp Winonah; Cabins 402, 414 & 415. Cabins 414 & 415 measure almost seven (7) squares each and Cabin 402 measures almost thirty-one (31) square, totaling 45 Squares. Scope of work includes: 1. Remove existing shingles 2. Make necessary wood repairs. 3. ½” plywood sheathing over the entire roof of 402, remove and replace 20 sheets on cabin 415, and remove and replace 8 sheets on 414. 4. Stain and install new facia board 1”X6” PT pine (not decking) 5. Ice and water shield 6’ up, tar paper the remainder of the roof. 6. Install new brown drip edge 7. Install new architectural GAF starter shingles and shingles in Charcoal Color with 1¼” roofing nails. 8. Install new architectural GAF cap shingles on ridge and hips in Charcoal color with 2” roofing nails. 9. Install proper flashing around all roof penetrations. New rubber boots for plumbing vents and electrical mast pipe locations.
