This notice is for prequalified trade contractors to submit bids for the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Berryhill Pre-K8 project. A pre-bid conference and outreach event is scheduled for August 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST at Messer Construction's Office located at 2400 Executive Street, Charlotte, NC 28208. Participants are requested to RSVP to jivey@messer.com.Informal bids are due by September 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, while formal bids must be submitted by September 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All bids must be delivered in person to Messer Construction at the specified address before the bid deadlines. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the deadlines. It is important to note that only bids from prequalified prime bidders will be considered, and those from firms that are not prequalified will not be opened.
