Peripheral Nerve Stimulation System

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University ("SUNY DHSU") intends to procure a 24 month agreement for Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) System using Northwell Health Alliance GPO Contract number GPOCM-1029, pursuant to its authority under NewYork State Finance Law, section 163(3)(vi) which authorizes the use of a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
