Traffic Signal Bid

The City of Pigeon Forge is inviting bids for the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Veteran's Boulevard and Center View Road. Interested parties can obtain the specifications from CDM Smith located at 1100 Marion Street, Suite 300, Knoxville, TN 37921, or by calling 865-963-4300. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on September 9, 2026, at which point they will be opened and read aloud. Bidders are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope that includes their name and address on the outside, clearly marked as 'Bid on Traffic Signal.' The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid that is most favorable to the City. This notice was published on August 17, 2026.
