Olympian Tanks 1 and 4 Exterior Repainting Project

The project generally consists of removal and replacement of all existing exterior paint systems at Olympian Tanks 1 and 4. The work includes, but is not limited to, for tank 1: complete removal of all existing exterior paint systems at the roof, shell, tank accessories, and appurtenances, including site piping directly serving the tank and application of a new epoxy and polyurethane paint system; and all associated work (Work) as indicated in the Contract Documents; for tank 4: on the exterior roof, shell and appurtenances on Olympian Tank 4 includes the repair of all exterior paint through spot repair and full overcoating and shall include powertool cleaning and high-pressure water cleaning; apply caulking to the crevice between the tank and concrete ring wall; and all associated work (“Work”) as indicated in the Contract Documents.
