INVITATION FOR BIDS TO PURCHASE CITY PROPERTYPUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Waukegan, offers to sell certain surplus City-owned vacant land as follows:   08-28-109-107 – 314 Besley PlaceThe sale will be subject to the following conditions: (1) conveyance will be by Quit Claim Deed, (2) with the property transferred in as-is condition. Bidders should carefully examine the property and consider issues such as buildability and zoning before submitting a bid.Robust bids should include the following: (1) plans for the property including a detailed narrative describing future use as well as visual representations of the project such as renderings, architectural drawings, and landscaping plans; (2) prior experience with similar projects; (3) project timeline from closing through occupancy; (4) price offered.
