Invitation For Bid Notice

Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana will receive bids for Food (CACFP) until September 10th, 2026 at 4:00 pm at the administrative office located at 117 Hall street, Monroe, LA 71201, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid will be received after the 4:00 PM opening time. No telephone bids will be approved. Lateness due to any unforeseen circumstances will not be accepted as valid excuse.Contract documents, including food items, may be obtained at the Children's Coalition located at 117 Hall st, Monroe, LA 71201 or through the electronic listing.The contractor shall appoint a company executive to assume the responsibility for the implementation of the requirements, terms and condition of this bid invitation.The Children's Coalition reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.The bid may be held by the Children's Coalition for a period not to exceed 30 days from the opening date, for the purpose of investigating the qualification of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
