Proposals shall be addressed to the Parish of Plaquemines, and delivered to the Engineering Office, 333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Building 500, Belle Chasse, LA 70037 not later than 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of September, 2026. Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered.  The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of September, 2026, in the Engineering Office conference room at 333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd., Bldg. 500 Belle Chasse, LA 70037.  The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the Office of the Engineer for the contract; Shread-Kuyrkendall and Associates, Inc., 13016 Justice Avenue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70816, (Phone # 225-296-1335, FAX 225-296-1338). Copies may be obtained at this office upon receipt of a deposit of $300.
