State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY Downstate,” “Downstate,” “DHSU,” “The University”) is seeking qualifications from consultant design firms/teams for full professional architectural / engineering services to renovate the Nuclear Medicine Suite, A2-623 in University Hospital at Downstate’s (“UHD” “the Hospital”) Second Floor Radiology Department. This renovation is required to accommodate the Radiology Department’s upgraded imaging equipment. The Project’s scope is limited to the area shown on the included Plan. However, in order to maintain continuity of patient care, the Project includes design services to enable placement of a trailer with similar imaging equipment on a street adjacent to the Hospital for the duration of the Construction Phase.
