PEPPM Cooperative Purchasing Program

The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit #16 (CSIU) is inviting sealed bids for the PEPPM 2027 Product Line Bid and PEPPM 2027 Apple Bid. This opportunity is for technology equipment, software, services, supplies, and furniture intended for local educational agencies and other eligible public agencies in Pennsylvania, as well as potentially other states through the PEPPM Cooperative Purchasing Program.There will be a public bid opening on October 8, 2026, at 3:00 pm ET at CSIU, located at 90 Lawton Lane, Milton, PA 17847. CSIU may also conduct the opening via teleconference or video conference instead of an in-person meeting. Bidders must register at www.epylon.com, and there is no fee for registration.Bid documents and additional details can be found at www.peppm.org/bids. It is important to note that no bidder may withdraw their bid for 90 days following the bid opening date. Additionally, the installation of certain products purchased under these contracts may be subject to applicable prevailing wage laws and rates. CSIU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid.
