The Las Vegas Valley Water District (Owner) is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to provide pre-construction and construction services for the Owner’s Cliffs Edge 3355 Zone Pumping Station and Washburn 3355 Zone Reservoir Project, located in the City of Las Vegas.   Proposals for this RFP shall be submitted electronically on the SNWA/LVVWD’s Bonfire Portal which is SNWA/LVVWD’s RFP submission system.
