The North End Recreation District is seeking bids for the construction of the Rivers Complex. This project involves the development of a sports complex and community park site, which includes the construction of athletic fields and related site improvements, site grading and earthwork, drainage improvements and storm water management facilities, installation of water service and related distribution piping, installation of sanitary sewer and related facilities, and installation of a pressurized irrigation system. The bids will be opened on September 7, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. local time during the board meeting. All bidders must ensure that they meet the requirements set forth in the bid documents.
