The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (the “URA”) is seeking competitive proposals (“Proposal(s)”) from qualified environmental consulting firms to perform a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for vacant parcels located on the 600th and 800th blocks of North Homewood Avenue (the “Project”).    The Homewood Scattered Sites included in this Phase II ESA RFP are located within the Homewood neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh, primarily along the 600th and 800th of North Homewood Avenue, as well as adjacent streets including Hamilton Avenue, Frankstown Avenue, and other nearby streets.    Proposals will be accepted no later than 05:00PM prevailing time on Friday, September 18, 2026, and must be submitted to the URA through IonWave Technology (IWT).
