Acoustic Music Performance Services At Slo County Airport

This RFP is to solicit busker musicians who will be performing acoustic music at the SLO County Airport. The purpose is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both musicians and the traveling public. In short, please see the following Performance Details: 1. Location: SLO County Airport, Post Security Courtyard 2. Event Date(s): Typically, performances are scheduled Wednesday-Saturday. Airport will schedule as far out as possible to accommodate musician’s other schedules. There is no guarantee on the number of performances allocated to each musician each month. 3. Performance Time: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. 4. Performance Duration: Each performance will be 3 hours 5. Audience: Passengers, both waiting to board their flights and those who have deplaned their aircraft 6. Airport reserves the right to cancel performances 24 hours in advance of the event for any reason. Documents
