Continuing Disclosure and Arbitrage Calculation Services for City and Successor Agency

The City of Brea is issuing this Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) for Continuing Disclosure and Arbitrage Calculation Services for City and Successor Agency. For more information regarding the scope of services, please refer to Part III Agreement and Scope of Services for more details. Through this RFQ, the City seeks a contractor that can provide the highest quality service at the most affordable price to accomplish the full scope of work on a rolling basis. Proposals shall be reviewed and rated on the basis of qualifications, specific experience, references, familiarity with the City’s needed services and pricing, and otherwise as set forth in this RFP. Any questions regarding this RFQ is due by August 27, 2026 at 5:00pm PST.
