Architectural Design Services for Fire Station No. 9 Project

The City of Irving Capital Improvements Program Department invites Architectural Firms to submit qualification proposals to provide professional services for the Design and Engineering for the City’s new Fire Station No. 9 located at:   3229 Premier DR, Irving TX 75063   BACKGROUND The fire station proposed for this award is the new Fire Station No. 9. An existing commercial building will be renovated and expanded for this project and is located at 3229 Premier Drive, Irving, TX 75063. The selected candidate must demonstrate how they will repurpose the existing structure for fire station operations and identify any necessary structural upgrades required to transition the building from Risk Category II to Risk Category IV.   Please reference the "Activities Tab" for dates/times for the pre-submission meeting and vendor questions.   The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
