Gravity Sanitary Sewer Replacement

The Parkland School District is seeking sealed bids for the Gravity Sanitary Sewer Replacement project at Orefield Middle School, located at 2675 PA-309, Orefield, PA 18069. Bids are due on October 2, 2026, until 2:00 PM local time, at which point they will be opened and read aloud. Bidders must deliver sealed bids to the Parkland School District Administration Center at 1210 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA 18104. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the PSD Facilities & Operations Building, upper parking lot, 2619 Stadium Drive, Orefield, PA 18069. Attendance is highly encouraged as it is the only opportunity to meet with the Engineers, Construction Management, and Owner prior to the bid opening. Bidding documents will be available electronically at no cost via Building Connected starting at 12:00 PM on August 17, 2026. Documents can also be reviewed at Boyle Construction, Inc. located at 3850 Sierra Circle, Suite 400, Center Valley, PA 18034. Bids must be submitted on standard Proposal Forms included in the Bidding Documents and accompanied by the required bid security of ten percent of the total bid amount. All bids will remain irrevocable for ninety days after the bid opening. Compliance with all State anti-kickback regulations and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act is mandatory. The Parkland School District reserves the right to waive defects or reject any bids.
