DNR Waterville Hatch Special Inspections/Testing

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Special Inspections and Testing services for the Waterville Fish Hatchery project. These services will support the DNR in ensuring that all construction activities meet applicable codes, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The selected contractor will perform inspections, testing, documentation, and reporting related to structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other systems as required. The intent of this RFP is to secure a professional partner with the expertise, certifications, and capacity necessary to verify that materials, workmanship, and installed components comply with design standards and contribute to the long term safety, functionality, and performance of the facility.
