Bissell Point WWTF Trickling Filter Pump Replace-Final Clarifier Tank & Concrete Rehab

Replacement of trickling filter pumps, motors, and drives and associated piping, valves, and seal water system. New trickling filter pumps include five, 33-mgd constant speed pumps and three, 95-mgd variable speed pumps. Upgrades to the Trickling Filter Pump Station medium voltage motor control lineups and associated conductor replacement. Replacement of Trickling Filter Flow Control Valves. Rehabilitation of twelve, 150-foot diameter final clarifies, including the following: mechanism and bridge replacement, structural repairs, drain valve replacement, weir and baffle replacement, weir brushes, and associated electrical and controls work. Structural repairs of the Influent Pump Station, Grit Tanks, Pre-Aeration Basins, Primary Sedimentation Tanks, tunnels, and associated channels. Addition of a guard booth and modification of the entrance and exit gates. General construction of wastewater treatment buildings and structures including sitework, yard piping, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and instrumentation and control.
