Charge Ready NY - Large Public Sector Project Program

Description of goods to services to be bid: Program Summary: Through this Charge Ready NY - Large Public Sector Project Program (the Program), the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) seeks proposals from public sector organizations to develop large portfolios of public Level 2 electric vehicle charging sites within their jurisdictions.   If changes are made to this solicitation notification will be posted on NYSERDA’s website at:www.nyserda.ny.gov/funding-opportunities Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences: The Applicant must be the public sector or government entity that will own or oversee the installed EVSE. Proposed locations must be publicly owned property, publicly accessible, and may be on- or off-street street. Each off-street site, as defined in Section I A, Definitions, must accommodate at least four (4) plugs capable of charging at least four (4) vehicles at a minimum of 6.2 kW. Each on-street site, as defined in Section I A, Definitions, must accommodate at least two (2) plugs capable of charging at least two (2) vehicles at a minimum of 6.2 kW. All charging stations must be classified as Level 2 EVSE, as defined in Section I A, Definitions. For off-street sites, one (1) port is required to meet the standards outlined by The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For on-street sites, one (1) ADA accessible port is encouraged but not required.  Only equipment and networks provided by original equipment manufacturers (OEM), white-labeled models, and network service providers approved by NYSERDA through RFQL 5312: Charge Ready NY 2.0 Equipment and Network Qualification Process are eligible to be used in the Program.  Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 0.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 0.00% WBE Goal: 0.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contracting goals (DBE) DBE Goal: 0.00%
