Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 Fairland Center - Early Intervention Suite Remodel

Proposals are being sought for the remodel of the Early Intervention Suite at the Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 Fairland Center. Bids must be submitted to Beers + Hoffman Architecture, specifically to Brian Rummel, by 2:30 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 2:30 PM, where bidders will meet at the Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 located at 8 Fairland Road, Manheim, PA 17545. The construction work is expected to be substantially completed by Friday, November 6, 2026. Bidders must include a certified check, bank treasurer's check, cashier's check, or bid bond with their proposals, which should also provide security equal to 10% of the base bid plus any additive alternates. Proposals will remain irrevocable for sixty days post-bid opening, unless extended due to governmental approvals.
