Athletic Performing Arts Floor Resurfacing

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish licensed contractors (CONTRACTOR), who have been in business for a minimum of five (5) consecutive years, for the resurfacing, and repair of various athletic and performing arts floors for the School Board of Seminole County (SBSC) on an “as needed” basis. The contractor shall furnish/supply all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, complete repair service, maintenance, replacements as stated herein. Contractor is responsible for all permits and licenses for chemicals if required by regulatory agencies in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Pricing shall be submitted on the pricing schedule attached to this document and shall be in the form of bid line item prices, standard, and after-hours hourly rates.
