LED Streetlight Restock FY27

The City of Lebanon, Missouri (“The City”) invites bids from qualified organizations for the purchase of streetlights to restock the inventory for the Electric Department as specified herein for the City of Lebanon. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 15, 2026.  Bids will be accepted electronically through our e-bidding service provider, Ion Wave Technologies from qualified persons or firms interested in submitting a bid.    VENDOR NOTE 1: To register with Ion Wave Technologies go to: https://lebanonmissouri.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx. Vendors must complete registration at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening date. VENDOR NOTE 2: For information on how to navigate Ion Wave Technologies go to: https://lebanonmissouri.ionwave.net/Help.aspx. VENDOR NOTE 3: If you have issues registering or uploading a bid, please contact the Purchasing Agent at jmeiners@lebanonmo.org or the individual listed under the contact information on this solicitation document between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. VENDOR NOTE 4: All questions shall be submitted electronically through Ion Wave Technologies portal by the specified date and time listed.   It is strongly recommended that vendors register with Ion Wave Technologies as soon as possible to ensure your ability to provide a response to this solicitation by the due date and time.
