2026 RIOC RFP for Real Estate Advisory and Consulting Panel

Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (hereinafter “RIOC” or “Authority”) is seeking to engage a panel of pre-qualified real estate advisors and/or consultants with expertise advising on sophisticated real estate matters in New York City. A detailed description of the work to be performed is set forth in the “Scope of Work” attached to this RFP as Exhibit 1 (the “Work”). RIOC is seeking advisors and consultants with demonstrated experience in one or multiple areas of the Work set forth in the Scope of Work, but generally, selected advisors and consultants will provide RIOC with real estate advisory and/or consultant services on an “on-call” basis (collectively the “Real Estate Advisory and Consulting Services.”) Respondents , as defined below, are not required to be able to provide all of the categories of services listed on Exhibit 1 (each, a “Category”) and are encouraged to submit responses covering one, some or all Categories, as applicable.     Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None  Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 30.00%
