Flora Park (Phase II)

The City of Gladstone is seeking sealed bids for the Flora Park (Phase II) project. Bids will be accepted at Gladstone City Hall, located at 7010 N. Holmes, until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid packets can be obtained from the City of Gladstone's website at https://www.gladstone.mo.us/documents/rfp/. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders should ensure that their sealed envelopes are clearly marked with the project title. This project is funded by Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations must be adhered to.
