Becoming Johnson County: Design, Fabrication and Installation of Museum Exhibit

The Johnson County Museum, a department of the Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD), seeks proposals from qualified exhibit design, fabrication, and installation firms for a phased refresh of its signature permanent exhibition, Becoming Johnson County. The purpose of this project is to refresh and strengthen the exhibition’s core theme of community making: the idea that Johnson County has been shaped — and continues to be shaped — by people working together, and sometimes in tension, to create the communities they need in their time. Updated interpretation should encourage visitors to reflect on their role in shaping their communities today and in the future.
