On 7/28/2026, the New York State Office of the State Comptroller granted the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) an exemption from competitively advertising a contract with John Asmus dba MLC Sollutions to provide water treatment services as required by a certified NYS Water Operator Class “2C” to Industry Residential Center and Taberg Residential Centers. This is a single source contract pursuant to New York State FInance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Office of Children and Family Services stated that a competitice procurement was not feasible, therefore there is no active procurement opportunity.
