CRER 1268 CYCS TA and Training-CSG Justice Center

On 8/6/2026, the New York State Office of the State Comptroller granted the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) an exemption from competitively advertising a contract with the Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center to provide Training and Technical Assistance (TA) to OCFS and our state partner agencies for the Collaboration for Youth and Community Safety (CYCS) initiative and other youth justice-related policy and practice improvements identified. This is a single source contract pursuant to New York State FInance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Office of Children and Family Services stated that a competitice procurement was not feasible, therefore there is no active procurement opportunity.
