Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase AMBU NEONATAL RESUSCITATOR PRODUCTS AND RELATED ITEMS from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell the equivalent AMBU NEONATAL RESUSCITATOR PRODUCTS AND RELATED ITEMS products may, if interested, contact the Officer listed below to discuss the procurement The initial term will be from 9/01/2026 to 8/31/2029, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals, contingent upon the GPO’s renewal or extension. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.
