Residential Sewer Lateral Line Repair Project

REQUEST FOR BIDSThe City of Manchester hereby gives notice that sealed bid proposals for the “RESIDENTIAL SANITARY SEWER LATERAL REPAIR PROJECT” will be received by the City of Manchester, Missouri, at the City Hall, 14317 Manchester Road, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.  All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time.  Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. Specifications and bid requirements can be obtained from the Public Works Department at the Manchester City Hall, 14317 Manchester Road. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked, SEWER LATERAL REPAIR PROJECT BID. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City.  TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE August 17, 2026, EDITION OF THE ST. LOUIS COUNTIAN.AFFIDAVIT TO BE FURNISHED.
