The City of Elizabethton is seeking proposals for the Downtown Canopy/Sign/Lighting Project Phase I. Proposals must be submitted to the Purchasing Department located at 136 South Sycamore Street, Suite 203, Elizabethton, Tennessee, by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. At that time, the proposals will be opened and read aloud. Interested bidders can obtain specifications and bid sheets from the Purchasing Department office. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
