CMTC Perimeter Fence Phase III

Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on September 8, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, located at 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas. This solicitation is for the CMTC Perimeter Fence Phase III project, which is situated in Fort Chaffee, Arkansas, and is associated with the Arkansas Department of Military. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM on September 1, 2026, at Building 2051, 1st Avenue, Fort Chaffee, AR 72905. The State reserves the right to organize additional meetings as necessary. Bidders are required to obtain the official version of the complete set of Contract documents from Hawkins-Weir Engineers, Inc., located at 110 South 7th Street, Van Buren, Arkansas 72956. A deposit of $100.00 per set is required, payable to Hawkins-Weir Engineers, Inc. This deposit will be refunded to all prime bidders who return the Plans and Specifications in good condition within ten (10) days following the bid opening.
