Bids are to be emailed to interested bidders. All bidders are required to submit their sealed bids either through regular mail or by delivering them directly to the office of Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility, located at 1520 S. Ohio Street, Pine Bluff, AR 71601. The deadline for submitting sealed bids is set for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. At this time, all bids will be publicly opened and read. The items for which bids are being solicited include a 2026 Service Body and a 2026 Medium-Duty Hydraulic Excavator.
