Gutter & Downspout Heat Trace Project

Property Management, Inc. is acting on behalf of Dauphin County General Authority to solicit bids for the Gutter & Downspout Heat Trace Project at the Riverfront Office Center located at 1101 S. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of heat trace. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for those wishing to submit a bid for this project. This meeting is scheduled for August 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the project location. Bid documents, specifications, and the scope of work will only be provided to those who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and will not be available beforehand. Interested bidders should confirm their attendance by contacting Mariah Mullen via email at mamullen@rentpmi.com. Phone calls and inquiries to Dauphin County General Authority are not permitted. Sealed bids must be submitted by September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at which point they will be opened. Bids should be sent to Dauphin County General Authority c/o Property Management, Inc., 350 Poplar Church Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked "GUTTER & DOWNSPOUT HEAT TRACE PROJECT." Each bid must include a Bid Bond of 10% of the total bid amount. Dauphin County General Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for sixty (60) consecutive calendar days following the opening date.
