The City of Brownsville, Texas is soliciting sealed competitive proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide library materials and related value-added services for the Brownsville Public Library System. The selected vendor(s) shall furnish library books, audiovisual materials, digital resources, cataloging, processing, and other associated services in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The City intends to establish a contract that provides high-quality library materials, efficient processing services, and reliable customer support to meet the ongoing needs of the Brownsville Public Library System
