Participants should gather at the front lobby of the Detention Center at the specified address.Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on September 10, 2026, to the Steele County Board of Commissioners. Submissions should be directed to the Steele County Property Tax & Elections Department at 630 Florence Avenue, Owatonna, Minnesota 55060.The Steele County Board of Commissioners will evaluate all proposals that are submitted in accordance with the solicitation during the Board meeting that follows the submission deadline.
