2026 Lift Station Nos. 1 and 2 Improvements

Lift Station No. 1The proposed work at Lift Station No. 1 includes but is not limited to blast and recoat the wet well piping and aboveground piping, valves, and fittings; wet well coating adhesion testing; blasting the wet well walls, floor, and underside of the top slab; application of one inch (1") of concrete repair mortar and a 100% solids epoxy coating system to all areas of the wet well walls, floor, and underside of the top slab; application of topcoat to the generator conduit and associated aboveground piping; demolition of the existing wet well safety nets and replacement with rigid safety grates; demolition and replacement of cable holders; wet well top slab crack repair; site restoration and installation, rental, and operation of a temporary bypass system.Lift Station No. 2The proposed work at Lift Station No. 2 includes but is not limited to blast and recoat the wet well piping and valve vault piping, valves, and fittings; blasting the wet well walls, floor, and underside of the top slab; application of one inch (1") of concrete repair mortar and a 100% solids epoxy coating system to all areas of the wet well walls, floor, and underside of the top slab; demolition of the existing wet well safety net and replacement with a rigid safety grate; demolition and replacement of cable holders; demolition and replacement of the control panel, service disconnect and meter enclosure; site restoration and installation, rental, and operation of a temporary bypass system.
