Weatherization Assistance Program

The Black River Area Development Corp. (BRAD) is seeking sealed bids for contract services and materials for its Weatherization Assistance Program for the 2026-2027 program year starting July 11, 2026. Interested bidders must attend a pre-bid conference scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on August 28, 2026, at the BRAD Central Office located at 1403 Hospital Drive, Pocahontas, AR. Bid packets will be available at the conference or can be picked up the week prior at the BRAD Central Office.
