TIRZ 23 Sidewalks with Precinct 2 (Ave J, N Burr, N Stiles, N Bryan, Ave I, Baywood, and Delmar St)

The Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority will be accepting bids submitted online via CIVCAST https://www.civcastusa.com/ until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026, for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required for the TIRZ 23 Sidewalks with Precinct 2 (Ave J, N Burr, N Stiles, N Bryan, Ave I, Baywood, and Delmar St) project. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidder’s maximum bid price and in the form of a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas. Scope of Project: The project generally consists of the construction and installation of ADA-compliant 5 to 6-foot-wide sidewalks and ramps, concrete driveways, and minor drainage improvements including replacing culverts, regrading ditch, and constructing backslope swales. The engineer’s estimated cost of this project is approximately $800K.The Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority may award the contract for the project to the most responsible bidder who, in the judgment of the TIRZ 23, will be most advantageous to the TIRZ 23 and results in the best and most economical completion of the project.
